Authorities investigating case of toddler's near death

(MISSOULA)- Missoula Police are continuing to investigate the what caused a little boy to stop breathing early Tuesday morning.

KPAX TV reports medics were called to the Alpine Meadows Apartments just off North Reserve Street early Tuesday morning with the report that the 1 1/2-year old boy wasn't breathing. Crews found the boy and administered CPR and then rushed him to Community Medical center. 

Police say there were no obvious injuries to the boy, but they're checking the situation to see what might have led to his problem.
