Boundary County couple held in Yaak murder case

Lincoln Co Sheriff photo (LIBBY)- An Idaho couple are being held without bail after their arrest for the murder of a man in the Yaak Valley last winter.

The Western News reports 28-year old Ezra Skinner and 27-year old Sarah Carpenter Skinner of Boundary County were arrested following a joint investigation with the Boundary County and Lincoln County Sheriff's departments. 

The pair are accused with the shooting death of 31-year old Travis Gillett, who's body was discovered last January in Yaak. He'd been shot multiple times. 

Gillett had been reported missing January 14th after he didn't return to Sandpoint after leaving with someone from Thompson Falls to make a delivery in the Yaak. He was known to have lived in Libby and Troy in the past.
