(AMERICAN FALLS, ID)- A 29-year old Bozeman man is facing drug charges after he was caught with 23-pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop in Eastern Idaho.
Idaho State Police arrested Philip Grossi as he was driving through American Falls on Interstate 86 Tuesday morning.
ISP tells us a trooper stopped Grossi for a traffic infraction as he was driving through Power County, discovering he was carrying 23-pounds of marijuana and approximately $1000 in cash.
Grossi was taken into custody and charged with a pair of felonies for both Possession of Marijuana and Trafficking in Marijuana as well as possessing drug paraphernalia. ISP says the pot had a street value of $115,000.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the case.
